Sound Deadening Material Paramat Ring Wave
Many vehicle manufacturers do not provide sufficient sound deadening on sheet metal parts, mounting frames, panels and other components.
This reduces the sonic performance of aftermarket speakers due to resonance and vibration of those parts.
In addition, the rearward sound waves from the speakers are reflected, which compromises the overall sound.
Adequate sound deadening and damping optimises bass reproduction according to the speakers' quality, cleans up the midrange and improves the stereo staging.
Decoupling and contact damping of trim parts prevents the creation of unwanted noises.
The result is improved vehicle acoustics and a noticeable reduction of driving noise.

Paramat Paramat Ring Wave self-adhesive foam rings are used to seal and guide sound between the speaker and the panelling.
This prevents sound reflections in the door to the door panelling and optimises the sound.
The very soft foam adapts to any unevenness of the trim parts.
