For simultaneous charging of two batteries.
Suitable for CAN-Bus vehicles (no generator control
voltage or constant + 12 V source reqiured). When
the engine is started and the start battery reaches
13.3 volts, the VSR engages, allowing two battery banks
(start and house) to be charged simultaneously.
