The Steg MGL3 is a compact 3.5 inch wideband driver engineered for active car audio systems where space is limited but performance is still a priority. Whether you’re upgrading factory 3.5 inch dash speakers or integrating into a custom front stage, the MGL3 delivers detailed and efficient wideband performance in a highly compact form.
Featuring a specially treated metal cone, high-grade neodymium motor, and a 1 inch high-efficiency voice coil, the MGL3 is built for smooth, extended frequency response from 145 Hz to 15 kHz. It offers excellent sensitivity (87 dB @ 2.83V/1M) and transient response, making it ideal for reproducing midrange and upper-frequency content with clarity and control.
The vented die-cast aluminum chassis adds rigidity while improving thermal handling and airflow, and the CNC-finished motor structure ensures long-term reliability and consistent performance.
