Thanks to LOW TOLERANCE OF PASSIVE COMPONENTS AND THE LAYOUT thoughtful design, that reduce to a minimum the loss of power and make excellent performances. The components used is of the type selected and of particular value, are used in low tolerance resistors and capacitors, coupling in high linearity with low thermal drift and polyester capacity made specifically for audio applications. The choice of each individual device has been studied in every detail, every element finds its best placement in the delicate balance of the electrical system in order to ensure maximum performance, invariable in time.
GR.I.P.S. - Ground Improved Path System
In order to avoid the generation of mass rings in the connection between car radio and power amplifier, in the past a number of expedients and systems have been adopted including the separation of the amplifier mass from that of the vehicle battery. This system has proved particularly effective and reliable so much so that the major Hi-Fi car manufacturers have made their own by adopting it in their achievements and using it up to modern times. In recent years, with the advent of electronic injection system that begins to be inadequate since it has greater efficacy on electrical noise but is less efficient with respect to those of electromagnetic nature. Steg has designed the system GR.I.P.S. capable of breaking down both types of disturbance, an alternative to balanced lines, and with the advantage of not degrading the sound quality, while maintaining compatibility with existing connections. INTELLISPEED - Intelligent cooling fans power regulator
The efficiency of the cooling system of the D"Class is among the highest in the market. The extraordinary dissipation characteristics are the result of innovative design choices, including the dynamic forced ventilation system Intellispeed controlled by the microprocessor. The high dissipating power of the wing profile is joined to the effectiveness of 6 fans integrated in the side tunnel, positioned so as to convey cold air in the most appropriate points. The integrated sensors continuously monitor the thermal conditions / electrical characteristics of transistors and diodes, communicating with the microprocessor in real time. The control system, interpreting the findings, reacts with the intelligent management of the fans, activating when the heat sink temperature exceeds 40 ° C.
