The EM-MBF3 raises the sound in the Mercedes Benz Sprinter W907 to a new level. The plug & play system consists of a 2-way component system and a center speaker.

As is typical of EMPHASER, the speakers are equipped with aluminum cones that guarantee a detailed, natural sound. The neodymium drive of the 16.5 cm woofer provides the necessary power for a powerful sound; the Connex spider and the specially shaped Cambridge surround ensure low-distortion music playback – even with high membrane excursions. The Faraday copper cap attached to the pole piece linearizes the impedance. As a result, the amplifier delivers the same power over the entire frequency band - that improves the neutrality of the sound.

The tweeter with 19 mm fabric dome impresses with its brilliance and the ability to reproduce even the smallest musical details. Thanks to its plug & play construction, the housing can be quickly installed in the original location.

Another highlight is the center speaker – also equipped with an aluminum cone and designed as a broadband loudspeaker for an optimal soundstaging. The loudspeaker is also equipped with two voice coils so that the e-call function is retained.

The heart of the system are the extensively designed crossovers: The components were defined after intensive test series in the laboratory and vehicle, to achieve the best phase position of the tweeter and woofer in the crossover frequency. The result is an immersive musical enjoyment with authentic voices and instruments as well as their precise positioning on the imaginary stage – with an impressive spatial depth.
